The challenge winner is based off of who is not only achieves their own personal goals, but also who transforms the most in regards to their lifestyle and mindset.
Your own personal tasks will be set in the app for you to complete and check off in the app daily. This is how we measure compliance and consistency.
The prize winner is determined off of 2 different factors:
Challenge Results (Whoever has the most impressive transformation, whatever that may entail)
MVP (whoever is the biggest team player, most involved/active, and just is out there doing the most)

FAQS
What can I expect from the program? The program is a set program, that everyone will be working through together. It is a 5 day program, with options for 4 days. There is included mobility and cardio.
When is the weekly workout delivered? On Monday’s I will be sending out an email, a sort of news letter if you will, with the pre-recorded workout linked, the weekly task linked, and a recipe of the week as well.
When is check-ins done? The check-in email will be sent out every Wednesday, to be completed and responded to by Thursday/Friday.
Is PT included? For local participators, PT is optional for an increased rate.
When is the prize drawn? 2 days after the composition ends, on Tuesday the 15th of October.
