I’ve been strength training for over 10 years, and I’ve been a personal trainer since April 2020.

I got into personal training because I wanted to have a “job” that was fulfilling, that made me feel like I was making an impact. I needed to be doing something that set me on fire, something I was passionate about.

As a woman who struggled for most of her teen years and young adulthood with body dysmorphia, ED and depression I know all too well what most woman struggle with each day. I want to help woman find a healthier relationship with food, exercise, and ultimately, themselves!

You truly can’t put a price on happiness.

I treat each of my clients with the care they deserve, taking a different approach with each one to achieve the same result: a body they love through sustainable habits.

Hey babe!

I get it, you want the glutes, you want to make exercise an integral part of your lifestyle, but you just can’t make yourself go to the gym every day, eat your healthy meals, and do you cardio because, well, you hate it.

Look, there is no ‘one shoe fits all’ when it comes to your fitness journey. We are all so individual, with different likes and needs, and we take that into consideration.

90% of women who start working out quit in the first 3 months. Why? Because they hate it!

We try these grueling gym sessions for a period


We try hours of cardio

We try counting calories

We try the trending diet and juice cleanses

But all we get is poor mental health, a poor relationship with food and exercise and an even worse opinion of ourselves and how we view our bodies.

We begin to feel like the situation is outside of our control, and we begin to notice the impact on our mental health. We want change, but we’re not sure on the how. We begin a viscous cycle begins of drastic measures, followed by falling off track, and then punishing ourselves for it. And the cycle continues until we break it.

I get it, not only because I’ve been there myself, but because I have worked with many women just like yourself, and I’ve dedicated my time towards specializing in helping young women just like you.

So if this doesn’t work, what does?

It’s not a new diet

It’s not just another exercise plan

It’s not a quick fix that will rebound again.

I have a different solution.

Your life is busy, I get that, and you’ve got better things to do then sit

and worry about if you’re eating the right stuff and exercising enough.

You want results, but the how needs to fit into your busy schedule. You can’t

be spending hundreds on groceries and special ingredients. And most importantly,

you need someone who gets where you’re at and is there to hold you accountable

and cheer you on. You need a coach.

I look at all your external factors (time demands, budget, likes and dislikes) and I find a

strategy that will work best for you!

Hate going to the gym? Awesome, I can make you a home program and

we can focus on other forms of movement.

Study and work full time? Busy Bee! I’ll make sure your movement and

nutrition is easy and integrates into your schedule well.

Don’t want to track calories? That’s 100% fine, I’ve got other methods to improve

nutrition and gain results.

On a tight budget? Great, we’ll work on ways to meal prep that wont break the bank.

You have a little more flexibility? Fantastic, more to work with!

You want to focus on strength? Let’s build you a program that supports that goal.

What you’re not going to get-


  • A restrictive diet. Everything in moderation!

  • Workouts for 5-6 days a week at 1.5 hours +. Train anywhere from 2-4 days for 30-60 minutes max! It’s all about what is sustainable for YOU.

  • The all or nothing method. Life happens, that’s OK. We pick ourselves up and move on.

  • Rebounds. What we’re doing is building a sustainable lifestyle, something you enjoy. If it’s not something you see yourself doing for then next few years, we don’t want it.

  • Instant and drastic results. Anything you lose in a week, you can gain again in a week. Crash diets don’t work, its about eating as much as you can for as long as you can and still making progress.

  • Hours of cardio. Heck, barely any of my clients do cardio. If you love it, then we make it fit, if you don’t then there’s no need. Walking is the most effective tool when it comes to fat loss, not HIIT.

  • Disordered behaviour towards food and exercise. Your AMPT experience isn’t about what you can and can’t eat, and what you need to do. It’s about finding YOUR balance, including your favourite foods whilst also making sure we’re giving our body what it needs. There is no excluding carbs, you can still eat all your favourite foods and make progress.
