I get it, you want the glutes, you want to make exercise an integral part of your lifestyle, but you just can’t make yourself go to the gym every day, eat your healthy meals, and do you cardio because, well, you hate it.
Look, there is no ‘one shoe fits all’ when it comes to your fitness journey. We are all so individual, with different likes and needs, and we take that into consideration.

We try these grueling gym sessions for a period
We try hours of cardio
We try counting calories
We try the trending diet and juice cleanses
But all we get is poor mental health, a poor relationship with food and exercise and an even worse opinion of ourselves and how we view our bodies.
We begin to feel like the situation is outside of our control, and we begin to notice the impact on our mental health. We want change, but we’re not sure on the how. We begin a viscous cycle begins of drastic measures, followed by falling off track, and then punishing ourselves for it. And the cycle continues until we break it.
I get it, not only because I’ve been there myself, but because I have worked with many women just like yourself, and I’ve dedicated my time towards specializing in helping young women just like you.

What you’re not going to get-
A restrictive diet. Everything in moderation!
Workouts for 5-6 days a week at 1.5 hours +. Train anywhere from 2-4 days for 30-60 minutes max! It’s all about what is sustainable for YOU.
The all or nothing method. Life happens, that’s OK. We pick ourselves up and move on.
Rebounds. What we’re doing is building a sustainable lifestyle, something you enjoy. If it’s not something you see yourself doing for then next few years, we don’t want it.
Instant and drastic results. Anything you lose in a week, you can gain again in a week. Crash diets don’t work, its about eating as much as you can for as long as you can and still making progress.
Hours of cardio. Heck, barely any of my clients do cardio. If you love it, then we make it fit, if you don’t then there’s no need. Walking is the most effective tool when it comes to fat loss, not HIIT.
Disordered behaviour towards food and exercise. Your AMPT experience isn’t about what you can and can’t eat, and what you need to do. It’s about finding YOUR balance, including your favourite foods whilst also making sure we’re giving our body what it needs. There is no excluding carbs, you can still eat all your favourite foods and make progress.

Access to my custom app- My app is where your workouts are delivered along with video tutorials. You will also track your goals and data through this app, making it easy to monitor your progress and keep you accountable.

I respond via a video recording so that you get a detailed and personal response, addressing your struggles and celebrating your weekly wins. About Me
My story isn’t so different from yours.
I used to skip meals because I felt like I didn’t deserve to eat because my thighs touched.
I tried every fad diet under the sun.
I joined the gym when I was 22 and from there trained 6 days a week.
I quickly fell into the trap of over training.
I trained myself into the ground, desperate to look like the girls I was on social media,
and the harder I worked and the smaller I got, the more I learned to
despise exercise and demonise food.
I started thinking certain foods like acai bowls and avocados where bad
because they were “high in calories”,
and lost track of what it meant to be truly ‘healthy’.
It wasn’t until I got a coach that I started to transform my thinking.
When I shifted my mindset from training to earn the right to eat to
eating to fuel my training, my body truly began to transform.
I started training to get stronger and to empower myself,
instead of trying to become small to fit a box I wasn’t meant for.
I found MY definition of healthy,
a balance, and now I move my body the way I want to
because I want to, and eat foods I enjoy that I know
will nourish my body.

FAQS
What are the payment options? You can choose from weekly debits or one lump sum payment for a 12 week block. When you decide on your payment method you will be sent a link to a web page where you can set up your payment plan.
Is it gym workouts or home workouts. Either! Both! Whatever your schedule allows and depending on your goal. If you are wanting to simply lose weight then home workouts will 100% help you achieve that goal. If you are wanting to gain some muscle along your journey then perhaps a gym membership will be your best option. We can discuss options and find what works best for you.
Do I need equipment if I’m working out from home? All you need one pair of light dumbbells and a super band, although the more equipment you have, the better.
Is there a diet plan? Not as such. Instead, we assess your current eating habits and compare them to the current Australian Dietary Guidelines. We establish how much you need to be eating to achieve your goals and then including your favourite foods and along side my meal planning resources we find a strategy that will work best for you, with or without tracking calories.
What if I only have 30 minute to exercise a day? If 30 minutes is all you have, then that is fine. WHO recommends no less then 20 minutes of exercise a day to maintain a healthy heart and body, so as long as we can get in 20 minutes minimum a day. If you don’t have much time to exercise, then we will make adjustments to your caloric intake to ensure we are still making progress.
