What is THE Program?
The Program is the beginner’s essential for confidently getting started in the gym.
Getting started is the hardest part of your fitness journey. There’s a million questions running through your head all at once. How often should I be training? How many exercises should I be doing? How many sets and reps? Am I doing enough? What exercises are good for what muscle group? What do I need to do to not get injured while training?
Well, luckily for you I created THE Program with the purpose of answering all of those questions for you, and more.
The Details
There are two options available to you, depending on your goals:
THE BUILD: this one is for the person wanting to build, gain some muscle, create shape and get strong AF! We focus on glutes, quads, shoulders and back. This program is about building that X shape.
THE SHRED: this is for the babes who want to lose weight and create a bit more definition in the process. We focus on leaning down, creating definition and improving overall fitness.
There is an option for everyone, and the best part is the program comes with my Meal Plan Recipe Guide, an interchangeable meal plan with different macro categories to choose from. This means that the most important part of a physical transformation is accounted for: nutrition.
The program is based off of exercises using free weights and common machines that MOST gyms should have (if they don’t then you need to find a better gym haha). There are 5 training days in each program, however the training days are marked in order from 1 to 5, and are designed so that if you can only commit to 3 days, you just do the first 3 days of the program and STILL hit all the major muscle groups. If you can only train 4 days, then it is the same case. There is complete upper and lower body mobility flows, because a workout is only as good as the quality of the movements, and the quality is dependent on your mobility.

FAQs
How long does the program run for? 6 weeks in total.
What if I want to continue receiving programming? Then simply message me in the app and we can go over your options.
How will I know how to do the exercises? There are video tutorials for all the exercises, as well and specified sets and reps.
How will I know what training day to do? They are labelled 1-5, to be completed in order. The program is set out for a minimum of 3 training days, so even if you only do training days 1 to 3 you’ll still get a great workout. But simply do the workouts in the order they’re listed.
Is there cardio? In the Shred program there is a choice of 3 cardio types to choose from.
What muscles does it focus on? There is a focus on ALL muscle groups, nothing is neglected, however the most training volume goes towards glutes, hamstrings and shoulders.
