Beautiful Bella’s transformation.

Bella came to me in April, wanting to put in some muscle, improve her relationship with exercise and develop an overall lifestyle change. We didn’t track macro, simply worked on eating enough using a few different strategies and hitting our protein.

There was no massive lifestyle changes, just little tweaks here and there to implement new habits that are both sustainable (dare I say) enjoyable.

Isabella’s transformation isn’t just physical, but mental as well. Coming from a background of under fuelling and over training for all the wrong reasons she’s now eating more with no guilt and training for performance and because she loves how it makes her feel! And a happy side affect of that just so happens to be that she’s leaned down and put on a nice amount of muscle overall, including her glutes! 🍑
