Monique’s Journey
Monique worked with me for 6 month. She came to me with the goals of building upper body strength for her pole classes and building glutes as well as improving her relationship with exercise and food. I am happy to report that in our time together she achieved all of those goals.
When we started together she had never trained in a gym before. We started with hip thrusts at 30kg, and within six months worked those number up to 80kg which is quite impressive. She learned essential movements like squats, deadlifts and many others and gained such a confidence in the gym that she felt equipped and empowered to begin training on her own.
