Britney’s 8 week progress

Um, ok WOW.⁠

This is what working your ass off and sticking to the plan can get you in just 8 weeks! ⁠

-5kg down and all while flexible dieting and enjoying meals out and a birthday.⁠

So what did we do?

-calorie deficit

-energy targets

-weekly check-ins to track progress

Britney has the absolute best attitude and approach when it comes to diet and exercise. I'm so impressed and inspired by her "go getter" mentality and positive attitude she brings to our sessions! Her success comes from her adherence, and also her positive self dialog through the whole process, start to finish. ⁠

Mindset is everything guys.⁠

We took a little bit of a diet break over Christmas, but we're ready to dive back in and keep digging. Stay tuned folks! Big things are coming!
