Jasmyn’s transformation was a slow and steady one.
No heavy dieting.

No massive lifestyle changes

We created a small deficit and hit the gym every week and the magic happened organically.

As we can see she lost a fair amount of fat, and created a really nice, feminine shape.

But the best part of Jasmyn’s journey, is the fact that she gained a muscle and became wicked strong. A short queen that can squat 60kg (132 lbs) is something else.
