Alyssa’s +10kg fat loss journey

These images really do not do Alyssa’s progress justice. We went through two separate fat loss phases over the 8 months we worked together, losing a total of 12kg all together.

When Alyssa came to me she was coming off the back end of a back injury that made training lower body very painful and difficult. During her time with me we were able to work on mobility and structure her training around her injury so that by the end of our time together she was squatting 90kg.

Another goal of Alyssa’s was to improve her relationship with food and learn more about food and how to properly fuel herself. This provided her with the tools in order to maintain her progress and help her not fall back into bad habits.
