Chloe’s Fat loss

-12kg down in 20 weeks

Chloe and I have worked together for over a year now. Our main focus for the first portion of our time together was to build muscle and to earn the right to lose weight. Due to a history of high restriction on food and yo-yo dieting we needed to establish a healthy relationship with food before we got to a place where we could go through a fat loss phase without re-bounding. So we spent nearly a year focusing on the process, training consistently and falling in love with the process. After building a strong base we were finally ready to enter a fat loss phase which yielded a very successful result.

We achieved -6.5kg down in 10 weeks, took a two week diet break and then continued to diet for another 10 weeks to lose a total of 12kg!
