Mikayla’s fat loss

The secret to Mikayla’s progress was very much based off of just focusing on the process. We get consistent with tracking calories and consistently training, as well as making sure that her training was QUALITY.

Over 12 weeks we too quite a few centimeters off her waist and created a lot of shape around her hips.
