Amber’s Re-Composition journey
Amber came to me through my Free PT session promotion. After her free session she requested that we keep training together, to which I agreed to take her on as a client.
We started with the focus on just building confidence in the gym, and gaining consistency. Over a year later and Amber is training a minimum of 3 days a week.
Amber’s impressive results were achieved without tracking calories. She just focused on moving well and eating well, and definitely not restricting. You should see this girls meal prep, She eats well! Which goes to show if you want glutes like Amber’s ya gotta be eating, a LOT.
