Teanna’s 6 week transformation

Teanna was the winner of my 6 week challenge I ran back in January 2023.

She won for many reasons, not just her fat loss success, but her overall adherence and achieving her performance goals as well.

I am insanely proud of her and her efforts, and I am most proud of how she has continued her momentum long after the challenge ended and is still going strong!
