Georgia’s Successful Build

Georgia is another classic example of someone who embraced the build, stayed consistent with her training, accepted that good things take time, and reaped the rewards.

There is 1.5 years between these photos and over 150 weight training sessions, as well as monitoring of food and protein intake and breaking a lot of bad habits.

Georgia’s transformation is my favorite one to share when someone mentions they’re afraid to lift because they don’t want to look “manly”. Trust me, you have to train a hell of a lot harder, and be a lot more intentional in order to look “manly”.

Georgia is another honey who isn’t afraid to eat big, and train hard, and look how f*ckin’ fantastic she looks! The glute game is strong with this one.
